I am Jeroen Zuidberg, Chef de Cuisine at Brasserie La Terrasse. My career at Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin started in 1997 even before my final graduation. From the Patissier Department to the Banqueting Kitchen I was enabled to skill myself in the métier of Masterchef. After five years of experience I started as a young Chef in BLT.

My kitchen philosophy is based on the traditional French Cuisine with indispensable fresh products and ingredients. Classical and international elements are presented in an innovative and comtemporary style. Please let me welcome you to enjoy my gourmet kitchen and cooking.
